My name is Eric Singhartinger
I'm an experience designer, a digital consultant, a coach, a facilitator, an enabler.
I design engaging interactive experiences, digital and physical, human to human and human to machine.
I want to help people achieve their goals easier, faster, more efficiently, and with more confidence and joy.
I work for agencies, startups and larger companies on their products, services and processes.
Key Skills
Besides making everything pretty, readable, understandable, easily digestible, and minimizing cognitive load, I developed a set of key skills that are crucial to deliver great results.
Ergonomy & Psychology
Every single interaction anywhere, anytime requires an initial impulse, motivation, and effort to complete. The higher the motivation, the more effort users will accept to achieve their goal. To maximize interaction, Experience Designers use two powerful tools to help users achieve their objectives:
Behavioral patterns, which use psychological triggers that persuade users to take action and UI patterns, which are proven interactive elements that make completing those actions as easy as possible.
In the last two decades, I’ve worked with more and more of those roundabout 120 patterns consciously and have lots of experience choosing and implementing the right ones and thereby boost business significantly.
Business & Constraints
To provide effective consulting, it’s essential to understand a company and its ecosystem as a whole. This includes analyzing the business model, industry landscape, competitors, trends, and target audience, as well as considering all existing products, services, and technical, legal and economical constraints.
In over 25 years, I have worked with many large companies from various industries. This has not only given me deep knowledge in diverse sectors but also the ability to combine insights and learnings across industries and bring new perspectives from the outside.
Designer & Developer
As a UX/UI designer, I combine independent excellence with team leadership capabilities, leveraging deep development knowledge to bridge the designer-developer gap.
My strategic approach centers on agile prioritization – doing the right things right at the right time – while maintaining focus on feasible, iterative implementation for business growth.”
Enabler & Facilitator
I support teams as a facilitator, using strong communication skills to foster open dialogue and constructive conflict resolution. I create a supportive environment while maintaining focus and transparency, guiding teams toward their goals.
I also ensure stakeholders stay informed through regular reporting and updates on project progress.
